I was delighted to attend the Annual LEASE Conference 2015 yesterday (4th February 2015) which was held at ETC Venues at Aldersgate Street, St Paul’s London. Speakers included the new Chair of LEASE, Roger Southam and Tony Essien, Chief Executive of LEASE.
Members of the Landlord and Tenant Team from Bishop & Sewell including my colleague Chris Macartney were on hand to answer leaseholders’ questions at an ‘after event’ in the evening aimed at answering questions from members of the public.
We have supported such events over the years both with LEASE and the FPRA. These types of events always bring up a range of interesting questions and issues and if you would like to get in contact to discuss buying your freehold, extending a lease or any other landlord and tenant issue such as service charge disputes, issues with leases etc, then by all means do so.
